- Meal photos, labels, and other images you upload
- Food descriptions, meal logs, water logs, and nutrition history
- Chat messages and questions you type to the AI coach
- Voice notes or recorded audio you send to the AI coach
- Personalized plan inputs and outputs generated from your profile data
2.3 Technical and Usage Information
We automatically collect certain technical information from your device and your use of the Service:
- Device, browser, and operating system information
- IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, and timezone
- App performance and crash reports
- Interaction and analytics events within the app
3. How We Collect Information
We collect information in three ways:
- Directly from you when you create an account, complete onboarding, log meals, upload images, or send messages or voice notes
- Automatically from your device and app usage through logs, analytics, and diagnostics
- From service providers that help us authenticate users, host infrastructure, and process subscription payments

- Create and maintain your account and profile
- Generate calorie, macro, hydration, and nutrition guidance
- Provide AI plan generation, AI coach responses, and meal analysis

5. AI Features and Third-Party AI Processing
5.1 Your Permission Comes First
Before Human 2.0 sends personal or health-related data to a third-party AI service, we show an in-app disclosure that explains what may be sent, who will receive it, and why, and we ask for your permission. If you do not grant permission, AI-powered features that rely on third-party processing remain unavailable.
5.2 Data We Send to the AI Provider
If you opt in to AI features, we may send the minimum data needed for the request, including profile details and onboarding answers, goals, dietary preferences, health conditions, meal photos, nutrition logs, chat text, and voice notes. For example, when you ask Human 2.0 to generate your health plan, analyze a meal photo, or answer a question in chat, the related content you chose to provide may be sent for processing.
5.3 Who Receives That Data
Human 2.0 uses Google LLC's Gemini API as a third-party AI processor. Data is sent to Gemini through our server-side integration to generate personalized plans, analyze meals, and answer AI coach questions. We do not send data to Gemini until you have completed the in-app AI disclosure and permission step for those features.
5.4 Protection Standards
We only use service providers that are required to protect the data they process for us and to use it only for authorized service delivery. We also apply encryption in transit, access controls, and internal access limits designed to protect your information.
6. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following situations:

We work with carefully selected providers that help us operate the Service, such as:
- Authentication, hosting, and cloud database providers, including Google Firebase and Google Cloud
- Third-party AI processing through Google Gemini, but only after your permission for applicable AI features
- Analytics and diagnostics providers
- Payment processors for subscriptions and purchases

We may disclose your information if required by law or if reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, systems, or the public.
