Delete Your Human 2.0 Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Human 2.0 account and the data associated with it.

Delete your account in the app

You can delete your account directly from the Human 2.0 app:

1. Open the Human 2.0 app.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email hello@human20.app from the email address linked to your Human 2.0 account and ask us to delete your account.

Data deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete or de-identify account data associated with your profile, including:

• Account profile information
• Meal logs, nutrition logs, and food entries
• Weight logs, goals, and progress history
• Personalized nutrition plans and AI-generated guidance linked to your account
• Uploaded meal photos and voice notes associated with your account
• AI chat history associated with your account

Data we may retain

We may retain limited information when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, subscription, payment, or dispute-resolution purposes. Any retained information is kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes.

Deletion timeline

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Some backup copies may remain for a short period before being overwritten through normal backup rotation.

Partial data deletion

You may also contact us at hello@human20.app to request deletion of specific data without deleting your full account, such as meal logs, photos, or chat history.
